Our level 3 utility kitchen is available for rental as an add-on to your room rental, or on its own! Now, your choice of caterer can prepare your event meal onsite for easy serving and clean up. The kitchen features a 10 burner range, two gas ovens, refrigeration, three compartment sink, handwashing sink, prep sink, and industrial low-temp dishwasher, as well as plenty of work space and a number of basic pots, pans, and cooking utensils. In addition to catering, our Commercial Kitchen can be rented for small cooking classes or demonstrations, photo and film shoots, or even amatuer cooking and baking needs!
